About the Project
Since 1995, Iron Oaks Properties had purchased existing rental units and apartment complexes. In 2018, they embarked on a new project to build their own luxury, resort-style apartment community.
No one could have predicted a global pandemic would rock the economy right at Iron Oaks was starting the lease-up phase of their new apartments. Almost overnight, the bottom fell out of the rental market in Lincoln, and it was time to rethink the positioning of Aristos Apartments.
Goals
Iron Oaks hired WellSpring Marketing to build a website that conveyed sophistication and refined luxury while remaining approachable and emphasizing affordability and value. In addition to the website, Iron Oaks also engaged WellSpring to manage their new property’s social media presence and paid advertising.
Our Solution
Having worked with Iron Oaks Properties previously, we had a solid understanding of their sales process and the customer journey from discovery through signing a lease. We reviewed the competitive landscape and sought web design inspiration from luxury apartment communities in the Midwest and Northeast.
Following the website launch, we created several ad campaigns on Google and a retargeting campaign on Facebook.
Results
By carefully thinking through the customer journey, then creating a website and advertising campaign that kept Aristos top-of-mind during the consideration period, the number of inquiries and qualified leads coming to tour the new apartments has helped Iron Oaks meet their lease up goals.
